- ➤ Prosecutors filed additional charges this week in Tioga against Tyler and Kaylie Langved, who were accused of a murder over $100 and burglary, as they now face a separate robbery charge for breaking into a home and pointing guns at an individual with preliminary hearings set for June 25. EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ The North Dakota Department of Public Instruction is updating its Native American textbooks from the 1990s by partnering with tribal elders, the Sacred Pipe Resource Center, and tribal colleges to add revised tribal history, maps, and a new book for the Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate. The department will print 28,000 copies and distribute them to schools, colleges, and public libraries — ensuring students use more current and authentic materials. KFYR-TV
