- ➤ The North Dakota Game and Fish announced a Youth and Military Waterfowl Weekend for young hunters 15 and under — veterans and active military personnel will hunt waterfowl on Sept. 20 and Sept. 21 to honor service and boost hunting interest. - ➤ The USDA announced that over $1 billion in federal assistance is available for producers hit by wildfires and floods in 2023 and 2024—farmers in eligible North Dakota counties like Bowman, Dunn, Golden Valley, McIntosh, McKenzie, McLean, Oliver, Sioux, and Williams can apply by Oct. 31. KFYR-TV
- ➤ On September 15 at 9:35 a.m., officials restricted all gravel and chip seal roads in zones 2 and 3 of Williams County and Township to a 20,000 LBS GVW limit—voiding earlier permits—and re-evaluated the roads that day. Williams County
