- ➤ North Dakota Health and Human Services reported 11 hospitalizations following a spike in West Nile Virus, with 26 confirmed cases including nine with nervous system complications as of Aug. 14—citizens are advised to use insect repellent and wear protective clothing to help prevent mosquito bites.
