They are seeking over $50K in damages and praised UND for removing him from his role.

Lake Sakakawea recorded 1,827.3 feet (12 feet below average), prompting local resorts and Game and Fish to plan for using low-water ramps for boat access next year.
State officials said maintenance and funding challenges remain for making these ramps usable.
