- ➤ Rancher Jerry Doan from Black Leg Ranch in McKenzie said beef prices jumped 12% from last year and might rise further due to high cattle costs & rising operating expenses. Doan, a fourth-generation cattle raiser, noted that harsh weather and a low cattle herd are adding stress to the industry. KFYR-TV

- ➤ South Meadow Township closed 77th St NW (108th Ave NW to 110th Ave NW) west 2 miles at 9:25 a.m. on July 22 for culvert repairs and it remains closed until further notice. Williams County

- ➤ McKenzie Health will move its urgent care and orthopedic services from the downtown Fairlight location to the old VA clinic next to Gramma Sharon's on Aug.4 — the change follows growing demand and parking limitations. Family medicine and other specialty care will remain downtown while imaging services continue in their current location for now. KFYR-TV
