- ➤ On May 14, student leaders met in Bismarck to discuss Senate Bill 2354 that will ban cellphones in public schools from bell to bell starting Aug 1. They asked how the law will affect use of devices such as laptops and tablets in classes — many worry it may hurt learning until school boards set clear policies. Williston Graphic
- ➤ Williston State College will begin public tours of its new Healthcare Training Facility on May 21 and will hold them every other Wednesday until September 24—residents can see the facility's new health training features during these sessions. Williston Herald
