- ➤ The North Dakota State Historical Society is digitizing local newspapers so residents can view historical issues, a project that will preserve the state’s rich journalistic legacy for everyone to explore. KFYR-TV
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Bright Minds daycare in Alexander nearly doubled its enrollment after moving to a new 7,500-sqft facility built with state and county funds. The center held a ribbon-cutting on April 25 and will gradually expand as it hires more staff to safely care for 33 children. Williston Herald
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ McKenzie Health held an open house on Thursday at its new Williston West facility on 16th Street West, Suite 300. Visitors toured urgent care, orthopedics, imaging and lab service areas in a converted Veterans Affairs clinic (sharing space with Anytime Fitness) and noted a $5,000 landlord donation for future growth.
