- ➤ The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will close several recreation areas in North Dakota and nearby states on May 1 — steps aimed at ensuring visitor safety, protecting the environment, and sustaining dam operations — due to staffing and resource limitations. KFYR-TV
- ➤ Williams County Commissioners approved a $12 million pledge for a year-round indoor ice facility on April 15—funding that will help advance the project in Williston. Williston Herald
