  • Owner Adam Natwick of Explosive Enterprises said most fireworks orders were hit by a 20% tariff+two containers will face a 59% tariff because no exemptions apply, and he said his shop will pay the extra cost so prices stay low. The business gets most fireworks from China+about 5% come from Chile.  KFYR-TV

CRIME NEWS

  • Jared Shewfelt, a Williston man, was arrested on April 4th after crashing his car into a fire hydrant and a light pole when he said he was blackout drunk; he faces charges for his seventh DUI in 12 years, including refusing a chemical test and driving under revocation.  KFYR-TV
  • On April 1st, 2025, Williston High School learned of a threat involving a list naming specific students—Williston PD responded and began an investigation.  Williston Herald
