Judge Richard Hagar ruled to let Devin Hall, held on the Fort Peck Indian Reservation, testify over video in the Nichole Rice murder trial—Rice waived her right to face her accusers while the state objected, and it remains unclear when he will appear.
🏛️ Government
Senate Bill 2360 will study how geothermal energy could work in our state by looking into repurposing abandoned oil wells to turn underground water into steam.
The bill comes as companies already use wind power alongside coal and with another Senate bill set to examine nuclear energy options.
