COMMUNITY NEWS

➤ Williston's STAR Fund awarded $50,000 to 25 community projects after receiving a record 39 applications in its Community Enhancement Program. Williston Herald

BUSINESS NEWS

➤ Williston may see changes in seasonal flights to Las Vegas after Allegiant purchased Sun Country Airlines, which had run these routes for four fall seasons. Interim Airport Director Ryan O'Rear said new details will come this summer as airlines work through the transition. KFYR-TV

GOVERNMENT NEWS

➤ Williams County purchased the Upper Missouri Fairgrounds north of Williston to pave the way for future improvements, including upgrades to the Agri-sports complex. The fair board will continue running events while the county plans upgrades (commissioner Cory Hanson said), though no major changes are expected this year. KFYR-TV
